All Puppies Come With The Following:
All puppies come with registration application, health guarantee, current medical record, puppy care pack, and vaccination schedule. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. I guarantee the puppy to be free of any life-threatening congenital defects, for 6 months from date of birth. This guarantee does not include Parvo and Coccidia. Coccidia can be caused from stress and not necessarily from unclean facilities. The puppies can stress just from going to a new enviroment. That is why it is very important for your puppy to have rest and proper sleep. The puppies immune system has to fight the coccidia . All puppies have coccidia from the time they start nursing. I treat with Marquis from 4 days until they leave my facility. This is done only as a preventive measure.

Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report form the veterinarian. If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within 6 months and is returned to the breeder, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All vet and shipping charges incurred by purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by breeder. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease.
Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, or from danger or abuse. There is NO guarantee against negligence.

The coccidia species of dogs do not infect humans.
Parvo is very contagious and I cannot guarantee against the virus after it leaves my facility. I clean daily with TekTrol to prevent the virus. The puppy must be examined within 72 hours of delivery, by a licensed veterinarian. If there is a problem the breeders veterinarian will interpret the report and if he agrees, a replacement puppy will be given of same sex and breed as original purchase.* NO CASH REFUNDS *
